All our orders are delivered via PosLaju Malaysia.
For Poslaju, a flat shipping rate of RM8 for West Malaysia and RM12 postage for East Malaysia for 1st 500gm. Every additional 100gm will be RM2 for West Malaysia and RM4 for East Malaysia
We do international shipping too, please send us email for rates.
Standard delivery time is 2-7 working days once the payment is made and confirmed. Orders that are placed on weekends or Malaysia public holidays will be then processed on the following working day. If all items ordered are in stock, ManaManaMall Online shall send out the order on the next working day to the address you registered with us if the address is complete and correct.
When payment transaction is succeeded, a Shipping Tracking Number will be sent to you. Any delay of the shipment or goods are out of stocks will be notified through email or sms.
Please provide the address where someone will be at home to receive the products, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest main post office.
All items are new and in good condition before shipping. Kindly note that ManaManaMall Online are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
Customer shall pay for the shipping fees again if shipping was returned due to incorrect address provided by customer.
NOTE: Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made, not order date.
In order to track your shipment status, please go to http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/ by key in your PosLaju tracking # that we have sent to you.
You can always monitor the status of your order by selecting Order Status or login to your Account by selecting Order History, the whole process shall not take more than 7 working days after the verification unless the product is out of stock and ManaManaMall Online needs to refurnish our product. ManaManaMall Online will contact you if there is delay on delivery, and other options can be provided.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products will be inspected before being Shipped Out to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase kindly contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of your package if you wish to return the item(s).
The following conditions apply:-
1.ManaManaMall Online can only accept items for return or exchange (there is a 20% restocking fee) that are in their original/resale condition and that have received a Product Return Confirmation Email from us.
2. You will have 14 days upon receipt of the product to send it back to us.
3. Return items must be in Complete/Original Packing. Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund.
4. Please be informed that ManaManaMall Online are not responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange. Please ensure that your item is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.
5. Your refund in store credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s) deducts 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable and if your items were shipped with free shipping, ManaManaMall Online will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied.
7. The following items cannot be returned:
· Item(s) with tag / original packing removed by buyer
· Free items
· Discounted / special priced items
· Item(s) used / washed by buyer
